Can you make fbpager stay underneath open windows?

Is it possible to make my fbpager stay underneath my open windows? When I open an application now, the fbpager stays on top of it and obscures the top part of the window.

I did a couple of Google searches and this appears as though it might be a bug. However, I couldn't find any bugs currently filed against the Ubuntu bug database. You might try filing it as an Ubuntu bug.
