partition check during boot

Xubuntu 14.04: With tune2fs I can control how often Linux- partitions have to be checked. Is ther a similar tool for Windows-partitions?

Ubuntu will not check Windows partitions. The file system is proprietary.

Well, if the pass parameter in /etc/fstab for a partition is set to 1 or 2, it seem to do it presenting the message "Stopping Read required files in advance (for other mountpoints) ".

That could be a ureadahead problem.
Try renaming /etc/init/ureadahead-other.conf to ureadahead-other.conf.deactivated "

It seems to make booting a little bit faster but I need to diasable partition check for Windows partitions.
