Netflix will not load completed all commands to enable silverlight and netflixmwil still notn load

completed all commans to enable pipelight and silver light download Netflix it allowsn login to account but does not play any movies. has full menu to chose from but says machine is inadequate although 3.14 ghz speed and 8gig ram 1000 gig hard drive. help please!
