Changing fonts system-wide

Asked by Ron

I'm trying to modify my fonts in my current Ubuntu 14.04 LTS and I have been told that there is a software available through the Ubuntu Software Center that allows me to do this. But I have been having difficulty locating this software. Can someone tell me the specific name of this software and how I can change fonts say in my browser or word processor or in other parts of the system?

Thanks,

R

Ubuntu tweak (or is it Unity tweak) may be able to do it

Can you help with this problem?
