Deleting a Launchpad unneeded team

Hi! I've made ubuntu-bs team, but it's agreed to use the "ba", since it's our country code. There is also the right one, ubuntu-ba team. I request a deletion of ubuntu-bs, and the one member shouldn't be there - my fault.
