howto make epsom stylus R800 print with amd 64

I think I have installed the driver for the R800 but no printing, have checked for cups and is ok and checked for recognition of device on usb, and it is listed.

Help once again smarter than me people,

Hold the fault ticket, I have made the most basic of mistakes, Does the printer itself have a problem..........possibly, need to check the epson web site, maybe as stupid as one ink cartridge is empty.

An empty cartridge in the printer was the cause of the problem. Even though there are 8 cartridges if just one empties, the printer goes belly up.
