in a way i search in add/remove appz and i found sun java 5.0 runtime but when i'm trying to install it a message tell me that i can't install it because it is in conflict with another installed software,to install sun-java5-bin i have to remove the conflicting software! and the message tell me to Switch to the Synaptic package manager!

i have no idea which program will be this one that's in conflict with java???!!!???

No, you don't know which packages are in conflict - Synaptic will take charge of it...
