thats a strange thing you did there. Did you install the ubuntu installs on different partitions ? (well, actually i wonder if it is possible to install 2 ubuntu on the same partition)

Log on your favorite ubuntu install. type in a terminal "mount"

the output will be all your mounted partitions. the partition mounted in / or /home will not have to be removed ! Then load gparted (or "sudo apt-get install gparted" first if command does not exist) and delete any other partition in /media . make sure not to delete your windows partitions, they will be formated in fat32 or NTFS (so you can recognise them easily)

As the ubuntu was installed twice seperatly hence it is expected to be in different partitions. Disk partition was made.
After Sudo apt-get install gparted written in terminal, it shows---package gparted is not available, but is reffered to by another package. This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or is only available from another service.
E: Package gparted has no installation candidate.

I am waiting for your further advice.

I also like to mention that when my file system was FAT32 I could not install ubuntu.Only after changing over to NTFS I could instal ubuntu.

Can you help with this problem?
