flash video choppy on chrispirillo.com help!!!

when i go to chris pirillo web site at chrispirillo.com to see his flash videos they are very choppy
has anybody had the same experience if so what can i do to resolve this issue

i am using flash player 9.0.115

Have you tried it on windows or another browser? I view his videos too, but I think that is just the lag of the connection and not of the player.

everything works fine in windows and opera on ubuntu, but firefox is another story. can anybody help me configure
firefox so flash works better on it. i am sure it is not my internet connection i use high speed!!!

Ah, the reason is in the flash plugin that adobe makes for firefox. I just came across this today, but it seems their plugin cannot properly display flash video. Try the open source version of the plugin and see if that helps.

i ahve the smae problem especially wiht online games i have a BFG card not being posh but this thing can handle EXE games so should easily handle a little flash app. where the open source ones?
