Were can I get up-to-date xbmc from please

I have xbmc 11.0 please could anyone tell how and were I can get an up to date version

I am not very confident about using the commend line via terminal

Thank you Andrew - I have successfully download XBMC 13.0 Gatham.

Do you know if xbmc can stream " catch - up tv " ?

and if so how do we do that ?

Can we use it as pvr device ?
