cx23881 TV problem

i have a z-cyber genie ultra TV/FM tuner with conexant CX 23881 chip. in /dev the video0 and vbi0 present. but the radio is not present any ware for gnome radio or kradio. i have kdetv but it shows unknown generic device and the tuner and fm is not working. is there any driver present for cx 23881 chip

firstly if the card is not detected there is big problem with your card.replace it as soon
get a Happuage card,next if u cant then you need to find exactly modules to install for your card throught command line,terminal,
do this cmd's

lsmod what modules are installed
lspci -v -v for finding device name
tvtime-scanner for scanning tv channels.
 goto tvtime homepage and search your card and modules.
to load modules at cmd:
 modprobe cardno tunerno
eg:modprobe card=1 tuner=53

then again come back if you need help.
