Privacy issue: locked screen reveals desktop wallpaper

Asked by wjm

This one is a privacy issue. I think it is very annoying that when I try to unlock my screen, it will display the desktop background (wallpaper).
I'm concerned about privacy, and I think there is no need to display that until the correct password has been entered.
Why an image that is in your hard-drive has to be displayed to someone who hasn't been validated yet as the owner of that account.

Thank you

Open the dconf editor (It might have to be installed first on some Ubuntu versions.) navifate to com → canonical → unity-greeter and deactive draw-user-backgrouds!

Can you help with this problem?
