Thank you actionparsnip!
I was already aware of that, but I imagine that not everything comes from GNU.
I just wanted to know which percentaje of the whole Trusty distribiution represents GNU software in it...

What exactly do you want to know?
The abbreviation "GNU" is not unique. Do you want to know the percentage that Ubuntu is identical to the GNU/Linux operating system (e.g. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GNU_project and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_GNU_software)?
Or do you want to know what percentage of Ubuntu is (not) subject to the GNU GPL license (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GNU_General_Public_License)?
And if you talk about percentage - do you think that should be measured by counting the packages or by lines of code?

See https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Repositories/Ubuntu for the difference between the software repositories, and as stated there: "Multiverse - Software that is not free"

As far as I know in the Multiverse bucket there is among others closed-source software for devices (video, network devices, printers), some codecs, some fonts, virtualbox software, google earth and similar.
And to name two packages that are in the partner repository and not free software: skype and adobe-flashplugin

Exactly, I'd like to know the percentage that Ubuntu 14.04 is identical to the GNU system, measured by counting the packages.

There was said that GNU packages in Ubuntu 10.10 were around 8 %, that's why I'd like to know about Trusty.

Thanks!
