The reason I added the Linux OS to my PC is because I have a old Dell Dimension E310 and I was afraid if I had any newer Windows OS that it would just be a waste of time and money. I Google and did research and ound out the best way to go to keep my PC running was to add a Linux OS. I add Ubuntu 1st and I really didn't care to much for that did I found Kubuntu and it was okay but then I found the Super X OS and did a ton of looking around and that is the Linux OS I want to have. I want to keep Ubuntu for the future but I do want to remove completely Kubuntu from my PC

So you only want Super X OS (Whatever that is) as the sole OS installed, or do you want a dual boot with that and Windows...?

This is the Linux Super X OS; http://www.superxos.com/

As I said previously I don't have any Windows OS currently on my computer, the only OS I currently have is both Ubuntu and Kubuntu. I want to erase Kubuntu and add Super X OS but I do want to keep Ubuntu OS for my future use

Wait, did you seriously make 2 partitions one with Ubuntu and one with Kubuntu? They are the same OS under the hood. That would be a massive waste of drive space. ...

Yes I do have both. I currently use a small computer monitor so the Ubuntu tiles don't really show up that great with my current monitor plus I don't like the entire title format that Ubuntu uses. Anyways, how do I remove Kubuntu

If you remove the partition holding the boot you do not want then you can install the new OS to the freed space. If you boot to the other system and run:

mount

You can see the partitions in use, you can then use gparted or similar to remove the other partition.

You can then run:

sudo update-grub

To clean up Grub. Any data on the partition you delete will be lost. So copy over what you need first.

Can you help with this problem?
