some problems in 14.04

I have 2 major problem (I think they're bugs) when I'm using 14.04 beta. It's not that serious problem, but a little annoying sometimes.

- The first problem is like the screenshot below :

[X], [ - ], [□] should be appeared at the top of the screen, but these buttons do not exist.
This symptom occur when I boot ubuntu and execute chrome soon (in fullscreen mode). I didn't test in other applications, but I think this is because of the fullscreen mode.
I found that it does not occur when someone execute chrome fast(right after the boot), but about 5~20 seconds after the boot.
And when buttons suddenly appeared during using the computer, they does not disappear again.

I think unity in 14.04 does not fully support other language. As you can see above, other language(in this case, Korean) is displayed like '???'. Other parts such as system settings, and dock bar is displayed correctly, but they displayed ??? only in the window which appear when I press the 'super key(windows key)'.
