i dont know the real name mencoder or something but this is real neccessary thing whenever i play tv or video inside ubuntu and needed by dvd video burning software.please include it in ubuntu,if its open or non commercial.

It can't be included because it includes support for some nonfree formats (avi, mpg etc.).
