The window top panels are hidden.

I am novice in linux. Where is the problem? I only know i have newest ubuntu 7.10 "gutsy" with compiz fusion. in compiz everything is fine.. window decorations plugin is enabled .. where is the problem please ?? :_D

This problem is quite frequent, just try to swich off and again swich on Compiz...
