When I starting mspaint.exe with whine the computer freeze.

1) Why do you use MSPaint? You can use OOo Draw, GIMP, TuxPaint, XPaint...

Start it via terminal and send error output (if any).

If you are looking for something very similar to MS Paint, you could check out GNU Paint. Otherwise, GIMP is a great program with many more features.

The reason I wanted to use MSpaint was because I often need to use a tool that can open and edit images fast.

Why?
The problem isn't solved.
I just used an other program, mspaint will still freeze.

just dont use mspaint when your using ubuntu its not made to work on linux computers! gimp comes with ubuntu and thats better when you get used to it
