Trouble with changing keyboard layout

If I change keyboard layout after removing text, All text is restoring. All versions of Ubuntu having this problem... Do smb know, what to do to fix this problem?

Is this in a virtual system?
Is the OS fully updated?
If you make a fresh Ubuntu user does it still happen?
Are any bugs reported?

It is installed on my laptop Operating System. Fully updated. I see this problem in Ubuntu 12.10, Ubuntu 13.04, Ubuntu 14.04 Daily. Yep, There are any bugs in my OS, but all of them is not related with keyboard, keyboard layout and this kind of bugs...
