Can you please give a screenshot of the issue. I don't think you can 'download a website' to any panel. ......

If you can give the answer to #1 please do so.
Otherwise please try using TOOLS (you will see it on the bar now itself if you are using Mozilla). Click on ADD-ONS. Find it. Now you might be able to remove it.

Parsnip: The icon for the website is not on the desktop panel. It's on the address bar at the end next to the search magnifying glass. I have looked on add-on and it is not there.

How do I give you a screenshot? I dont know.

I moved the icon on the address bar to the Customize box but when I open the browser again it shows up.

press print screen on the keyboard, use image shack or similar to make a URL of the image

Does right clicking it do anything?

Right click does not give me way to eliminate it

At the far right side you can see an icon. It belongs to RT.com
