ubuntu one stoped sync

keep getting "file sync error. (auth failed (AUTH_FAILED)) I hit restart and get the same thing, was working a few days ago. Need help, thank you.

I have tried a few things and still not syncing. I sent a message To the help page on Ubuntuone and got an email back from another company. They said they are not Ubuntuone so the email address there is not right. Still need help can anyone give me info or a link to a help page?

I fix it by logging off then back on.
