Ext4 Compress question

Hey is there a possible way to Compress the whole EXT4 HDD it self or could be? like to save more space... without usin any Zip or Tar to compress

If you want to save space, uninstall unused apps and old unused kernels. Bleachbit can also clear old logs and so forth but be careful with it and avoid options saying they will take a long time
