Ubuntu installed, now need to switch out with Windows

Asked by WiiLoveZelda1987

I'm running Windows Vista. I created a disc from an ISO file, put it into my DVD drive, rebooted my computer, and Ubuntu is now installed. However, my laptop is still running Windows. How do I delete Windows off of my system so that Ubuntu can take over? Thank you.

I recomend use the install again (are other ways but for me this is the easy if you are new),

When you install ubuntu in the step "Prepare disk space" select the option "Guided use the entire disk"

this should delete all from your disk include windows vista.

Of course you want to backup your data before you do this, as it WILL be DESTROYED in the process. But I reckon it might be late to add this.

Can you help with this problem?
