How to Disable Ubuntu Kernel Crash Dump

I enabled Ubuntu Kernel Crash Dump for reporting system crash by typing #> sudo apt-get install linux-crashdump.
Now it is enabled. The command #> cat /sys/kernel/
Now I am not able to shutdown / restart my laptop. Please help me to disable it. Thanks.
