Where to find/locate the installed files in Ubuntu 13.10?

Asked by Navin Talati

Sir,
Using “Furius ISO Mount Tool 0.11.3.1” a larger .iso file could be mounted on a vertual drive. To install the programe having .exe files, it is double-clicked and the process starts through “Q4Wine” and “Wine” tools/applications. After installation of the software, I need to replace some installed files with the other modified files of the same type, but I am unable to find (or say I do not have a knowledge to find them) the installed files. Will some one help me for the following:

(1). In which directory this software's files would be available after installation process is over?

(2). Which commands shell I apply in the terminal to replace the INSTALLED file with
MODIFIED file ? Can I simply copy and paste the files in an appropriate directory?

Please help me.

Wine applications install to

~/.wine/drive_c

If you want to mount iso files you can use mount in cli, or mouny as a GUI.

Can you help with this problem?
