redhat style grub

i wish the ubuntu has a redhat style grub.... the grub that comes along with ubuntu is black background and white text... i wish it has graphics on the background...

just edit /boot/grub/menu.lst find the line how says pretty colors and remove the # before color.

I found this too.

I've just switched my development machine from FC6 (rawhide) to ubuntu edgy. FC6 has some nice grub graphics and a nice colour scheme. There is a fedora pixmap behind the menu and the menu looked great.

Ubuntu installed. I reboot to find a menu not dissimilar to the fdisk program you might have used with DOS 3.0

That was the biggest regression for the whole fedora to ubuntu experence for me so far.
