where is my WIN8?

At beginning,I got a WIN8 system.And then,I installed Ubuntu 12.04.But,no grub menu up as booting.I directly go into Ubuntu.In the case,I just can find ntfs file system on Ubuntu,never boot it again.

If you hold down Tab while you're booting it'll bring you to the grub menu. Does Windows 8 exist in the grub menu that pops up?
