how do I download "wi-fi Radar"/depends to disk

how to download/get wi-fi radar w/depends to cd so i can install on another machine that has ubuntu 7.10 ?
this machine also has 7.10 and after download my belkin f5d 7050 v3002 connected at first boot. my other machine didn't get radar and won't go. could sombody please, tell me how to download the stuff or copy the file w/depends from this machine.
both machines are 386 this one was win.xp and the other was win me.
