How can I organize bookmarks in krdc?

When adding folders in krdc and adding bookmarks to it, the folders are not shown in the "Remote Desktops" pane.
How can I make krdc show the folders created in the bookmark editor?
Also, why does keditbookmarks not show the bookmarks I created in krdc's bookmark editor and vice versa?
