How do I open up more disk space? I want to download the new 13.10 "Saucy" I get a error message.

I tryed downloading the new 13.10 version of ubuntu. But i get a message that says I need more disk space.
How do I do this?
I have asked this question before.

1. Delete stuff you don't want.
2. 'sudo apt-get clean' helps clean out the package cache
3. Use a utility to show you where all your space is tied up. baobab is one such utility (filelight is good for KDE users). Make sure you check /var/log for huge files (i.e logs that got spammed and ballooned in size).

Clear browser cache and uninstall old kernels will free up lots of space

Installing and using bleachbit will also help clean up.
