How can Reset the BIOS pass word

Hi everybody,

I have uninstall Windows, and I've cleaned My HD, and now I can't install ubuntu to my laptop, because the CD station dosent boot, and I can't change the boot sequence, because I don't know the BIOS pass word, so my laptp is dead, would you please help me to reset the BIOS pass word? or any other solution?

1) This is not an Ubuntu question.

2) How did you clean you HD?

3) You could take out your HD, put it in another computer and install there.

The BIOS password removal for Toshiba laptops usually involves shortening two connectors in the memory slot bay while powering the laptop up. The label on the connectors is different from model to model. You should ask the Toshiba support for assistance.

I suggest you contact Toshiba. You can always remove the battery in the motherboard (not the laptop battery to power the system).
