I suggest you report a bug. Saucy is not ready, not stable and not for normal users. If you need an OS that works then I recommend a clean install of Precise which is not only LTS and supported long after Saucy is EOL but is also known to be rock solid.

You are using a pre-release and bits may be missing and not work......what did you expect!?

ia32-libs was deprecated In Ubuntu 12.04 and has been a transitional package since then, because Debian/Ubuntu has switched to a better MultiArch scheme ( https://help.ubuntu.com/community/MultiArch ).

In Ubuntu 13.10, ia32-libs has been removed completely as planned. It's not a bug with Ubuntu, so please do not report a bug as suggested.

Your options
1) Use different Office suite (libreoffice, calligra, abiword, etc.)
2) Contact SoftMaker and tell them to update their deb package for modern multiarch
3) Figure out what libs are needed, install them, and the force install the current package (not recommended, could cause package management issues in the future)
