how to get source code when package is out of date

Packaging branch status: OUT-OF-DATE this error i am getting for the package kdepim.
For the Bug is #966913 Akonadi contact resource wrong defaults.
So how to import this package
So how to get the source code please help me

You really seem to miss basic information about the software development cycle in Ubuntu:
Bugs generally are solved in the development release of Ubuntu (currently saucy, will soon be the T-series). Bugs that are important enough to be cured also in the stable (older) releases, will then be brought back to these older releases only if the solution has proven to be effective in the development release, and only if the bugs are severe enough to justify a SRU.
