how to get missing header files and .c files of the source code of respective package

I am working with notify-osd package. this notify -osd package i got it from the bazaar.
In this package there is no pango/pango.h header file or any other related file found.
so guide from where to get it and how to get.

You can tell apt-get to haul down source for its packages if that's what you mean.

pango.h is part of libpango1.0-dev, provided in directory /usr/include/pango-1.0/pango/pango.h

Try installing libpango1.0-dev and compiling notify-osd. You might have to adapt the compile command that the compiler finds pango.h in the pango-1.0 subdirectory (-I/usr/include/pango-1.0), maybe running pkg-config does that for you.
