Why bother? Nautilus can connect to FTP and sFTP servers and will give a more transparent experience of the file copying process. Why do you want to us Filezilla?

Its for Windows but Ubuntu works in the same way.

You can find a lot more if you search for "filezilla tutorial" with Google or you favourite search engine.

But as Actionparnip points out you can use Nautilus instead
