Dear all
Thank you for the answer you given me last time
i fix part of the problem by not accepting update from thrid party.
but still my kubuntu have no introductory sound (music) and no language bar.

Hello,

you have to remove this PPA (repository) from your sources list. You can do it either from software-properties or from terminal.

If you open a terminal (konsole) and give this command

    software-properties-kde

then the software sources configuration should open. From there find the non-working PPA (name=firefox-kde) and remove it. (both deb and src)

Then it should be fine.
