Internet by radio

Is it possible to transmit/receive the internet from a source five miles away using radio and what are the problems? licence etc.

The reason I wish to do this is net is to slow be but my daughter has 60Mbps infinity at her house.

Even if this is not an Ubuntu question at all I'll give you a short answer.
Yes it is possible to do that. But no, it will not be fast or stable over 5 miles.
