Network Settings (Default Gateway Device)

New-be installed 6.o6lts spent the better part of a day getting pcmcia wifi card configured with a driver using ndiswrapper,

when setting default gateway device in network settings it will work with eth0 and when trying to use wlan0 i click ok and check if it is now the default the gateway device is blank.
i have the eth0 card disabled
i want to use the wireless card wlan0

Hello,
can you post 'lspci' result?
type in terminal 'lspci'..

well now the wireless card disapeared from the networking shell alltogether
guess its no longer installed
time to start over
