problem "sys/fs/fuse/connections"

i dont have a UPS so when power goes off and restart when it comes back system is unable boot absolutely helpless .Again i did have format system with same OS.please help meeeeee

I suggest you boot to live CD and fsck the partition so that it is consistent. If power outages are common you may want to look into a UPS, they are quite cheap adn for a standard user PC you will not need a large one.
