Changing OS systems

I'm wanting to get rid of Ubuntu off this computer and put it on another. I have no problem installing what I need but I need to uninstall Ubuntu off of this and wipe it blank but everything I do doesn't work. I have an iso to install on a flash drive so I tried to change it on BIOS but the only thing that came up was some memory things and ubuntu. How can I uninstall it safely? Also, I can't download anything. Errors always pop up so...
