xserver-xorg-input-synaptics: How can I restore gutsy sensitivity for double-tap middle-click?

I recently upgraded from gutsy to the current bleeding edge hardy repositories, and while things have gone mostly well, I've had a small annoyance with the synaptics driver; the time window for double-tap to middle-click seems to have reduced. While there's a MaxDoubleTapTime option in the man synaptics page, I don't know what the previous default was - what was the previous default value (in 0.14.6-0ubuntu10)?
