Files in the /etc/apparmor.d/local directory.

Hi. Could somebody check (Xubuntu 12.04,2), if a files in the /etc/apparmor.d/local/ are empty with the exception of this informations?:

That's all. There is not any rules in files etc. Generally: please, could Somebody to check whether the files in the /etc/apparmor.d/local/ directory contains only this informations mentioned above? It is very important.
