Youtube video quality atrocious?

Now that Youtube videos do play on Ubuntu 7.10, the quality is jerky and slow.

It's not a network or bandwidth problem - the other computer runs 7.04 and Youtube videos play with normal clarity and speed.

try to re-install flash plugin with manual mode.

It was all in Spanish but I did this:

sudo ./install_flash_player_9_linux/flashplayer-installer

This is what I received in reply:

sudo: ./install_flash_player_9_linux/flashplayer-installer: command not found
