flash-pluggin installer will not download.Message says this is permanent

Whenever i get updates if one is for flashpluggin -installer i get a message that the problem is permanent and i have to uninstall the program and install it again.How do i accomplish this.How do i get to a page to do this

Can you,please, add more information about error you get or about programm with this error?

Did you allready reinstalled it?

What is the output of:

lsb_release -a; uname; dpkg -l | egrep 'flash|gnash|swf|spark'
