cd boot helper

Asked by Peter Wojtasik

Hi I have downloaded the latest release of Ubuntu and burned it to dvd ( iso Image ). I have clicked on full demo version and cd boot helper, it extracted the files ok. but the cd boot helper says it is downloading the installation files but has been running for at least 30 mins. but does not seem to be making any progress. What can I do?

if the screen seems to be off, and if with nvidia card, try F6 "nomodeset"
