Where is the file iptables ?

I want to install OpenEMM and need to edit some stuff in the file iptables, but it is not located in /etc/sysconfig/iptables. find -P /etc/ iptables give no positive answer.

file /etc/sysconfig/iptables is for Red Hat like distros. In Ubuntu you maybe will edit any startup script like /etc/rc.local, i think.

There is a fair bit of info on iptables here: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/IptablesHowTo.

You could also install firestarter. It's a gui front end for iptables. I seem to issues with speed whenever it's installed so I don't use it but you may find it works well.
