Best place for suggesting Ubuntu ideas

I saw on this Ubuntu website (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/TechnicalBoard/TeamReports/13/May) that Ubuntu Brainstorm is going to be shutdown (possibly). So, where can I submit my ideas for Ubuntu?

Here in Launchpad Bug Tracker you can open the issue-idea and prefix the title with [IDEA] or [Wishlist]

Also if you set the importance as Wishlist , is OK. Read here about importance : https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Importance
