I am new to this platform have always used windows servers. Any suggestions to a gui or a way to get up to speed fairly fast would be appreciated. I am going to be using the web services and FTP and mail. I am going to put this install into a school and will be needing webmail and also would like the abilty to have an online simple photo viewer or album for the different clubs.
Security is an issue

Hi!

I don't know what postfix has to do with apt-get, it is the default mail transfer agent for Ubuntu.

Anyway, to fix the error, create a symbolic link to 'main.cf.dist' by running 'sudo ln -sf /etc/postfix/main.cf.dist /etc/postfix/main.cf'

Hope this helps
