chmod +x fixpackage
sudo ./fixpackage

The PPA doesnt support Raring and should be removed. If you start adding 3rd party sources to your OS dont be surprised if you get issues. Not all PPAs support all releases

sudo add-apt-repository --remove ppa:diwic/
sudo rm -rf /var/lib/
