Open a terminal (CTRL+ALT+T) and apply the following command. BE AWARE that is ONE command starts with sudo and ends in grub. Copy-paste it as ONE command in terminal.

    sudo sed 's/GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"/GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash acpi_osi="/' -i /etc/default/grub

Then run in same terminal

    sudo update-grub

Reboot your PC and see if Fn keys work now.
